Acrebase is built on applied research in language models, speech, and legal negotiation. Our team includes AI researchers and a commercial real estate attorney with over 25 years of practice. Here is what we work on.
Negotiation Simulation
We model counterparty behavior from rounds of real negotiations. The system predicts which provisions will be accepted, which will be fought, and what language closes the gap. It is the engine behind our negotiation intelligence, and it gets better with every deal it sees.
Voice-Driven Drafting
We turn plain spoken instructions into exact tracked edits across a whole document. The goal is to go from "give us sixty days to cure" to correct redlines in every affected clause, defined term, and cross-reference, and to do it reliably enough for legal work.
Evaluating Legal AI
We test AI output against attorney judgment. Our team built LLM evaluation infrastructure before Acrebase and we apply the same discipline here. We measure correctness, catch regressions, and do not ship edits we can't trust.
